Felsite is a very transparent earth yellow that makes a wonderful choice for glazing application in watercolour. Exceptionally light and transparent, Felsite is best applied in layers.

Artist’s Notes: Combine Felsite with other mineral colours for some interesting colour combinations - Felsite and Malachite create a bright, interesting spring green. Felsite is very soft and subtle in nature.
