Where is this paint made?
This paint is created by hand in our studio in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Is this a handmade product?
All of our paints are meticulously made by hand. We use a multiple pour process to ensure the quality and consistency of our handmade products.
Why does my paint colour look different than it did on my computer screen?
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of our handmade watercolours. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. For your convenience, we do our very best to make sure our colour samples are as close to the exact product as possible.
Online Order Return Policy
Your Satisfaction Means Everything To Us!
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Stoneground Paint Co. purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and contact us if:
There is noticeable damage to the product.
The product(s) shipped to you have been sent in error.
Stoneground Paint Co. will replace or credit merchandise that is defective, or sent in error.
Returns for reasons other than the above are at the discretion of Stoneground Paint Co. and will be subject to a $20 handling and restocking charge. On these returns, the customer is responsible for all freight charges and insurance.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (date as appears on your invoice), provided the returned product is unused and in saleable condition. All returns require prior approval. Please contact our Shipping Department for details. Returns will not be accepted without a receipt.
If your shipment appears damaged when you receive it, we recommend that you inspect it before you sign for it. If there is obvious damage from shipping we recommend you refuse the shipment. We cannot take responsibility for items or merchandise damaged by carrier. Contact the carrier immediately if your shipment has been damaged in transit.
